Attorney Review When Consumer Rights Are Ignored

ATTORNEY REVIEW

When the credit reporting agencies fail to take appropriate action, we do not simply close your file.

We do more than send dispute letters and hope for a response. When a credit reporting agency, creditor, debt collector, or information furnisher fails to properly investigate a supported dispute, continues reporting information that may be inaccurate, or appears to disregard a consumer’s rights, the file may be escalated to our consumer law attorney for review.

Qualifying files may receive attorney review with no upfront attorney fee. Each matter is reviewed independently. Legal representation is subject to the attorney’s evaluation, acceptance of the case, and a separate attorney-client agreement.

Royale Dispute Services does not make the final decision regarding legal representation and cannot guarantee that a file will qualify for legal action.

Your Rights Matter

Credit reporting agencies, creditors, debt collectors, and information furnishers have legal responsibilities when reporting, verifying, collecting, and investigating consumer debts.

Royale Dispute Services follows a documented and compliant process. Our work focuses on the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, consistency, and verification of information appearing on a consumer’s credit reports. When possible violations are identified, clients may receive additional information regarding their rights and available options.

WE DO NOT:

  • Submit false identity theft claims
  • Create synthetic identities
  • Use credit privacy numbers
  • Add illegal tradelines
  • Promise overnight deletions
  • Guarantee score increases
  • Guarantee funding approval
  • Dispute accurate information using false statements
  • Misrepresent a client’s identity or financial history

Do I have to schedule a consultation before enrolling?

No. You can enroll directly via the embedded enrollment form on this page — there is no requirement to schedule a consultation or appointment. Select your plan, provide the required information, complete payment, sign the agreements, and begin onboarding immediately.

What happens after I enroll?

After enrollment, you will receive instructions for submitting identification, proof of address, credit monitoring information, and supporting documents. Your file review begins after all required items have been received.

How long does credit restoration take?

Every credit profile is different. Timing depends on the number and type of accounts involved, the complexity of the reporting issues, bureau and creditor responses, available documentation, client participation, and whether new negative activity occurs.

Can you guarantee deletions or a specific credit score?

No. Royale Dispute Services does not guarantee deletions, credit score increases, funding approvals, housing approvals, loan approvals, or a specific completion date.

Can accurate negative information be removed?

Accurate and verifiable negative information may remain for the period permitted by law. Our services focus on information that may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, duplicated, misleading, or unverifiable.

What happens if the credit reporting agencies do not properly address my disputes?

We review the responses and supporting documentation to determine the appropriate next step. When the records indicate that a credit reporting agency, creditor, debt collector, or information furnisher may have failed to meet its legal responsibilities, a qualifying file may be referred to our consumer law attorney for review. Attorney review or representation is not guaranteed and is subject to the attorney’s independent evaluation and a separate agreement. Qualifying matters may be handled without an upfront attorney fee.

Does every client’s file go to an attorney?

No. Attorney escalation is reserved for qualifying matters where the documentation and responses indicate a possible consumer law issue. The attorney independently determines whether to accept a matter.

What does no upfront attorney fee mean?

For qualifying matters accepted by the attorney, the client may not be required to pay an attorney fee before legal review or representation begins. The attorney will explain all terms in a separate agreement. This does not remove or replace any fees owed for credit restoration services provided by Royale Dispute Services.

Do I have to participate in the process?

Yes. Clients must provide requested identification, proof of address, credit monitoring access, creditor letters, identity theft documentation, account records, and other information necessary to support the review.

Do you provide legal representation?

Royale Dispute Services is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. When appropriate, potential legal matters may be referred to an independent consumer law attorney.

Will credit restoration help me qualify for funding?

Correcting inaccurate reporting and improving credit habits may strengthen a credit profile, but lenders and financial institutions make their own decisions. Approval is never guaranteed.

Can I cancel after enrolling?

Clients receive the cancellation rights and notices required by applicable law as part of the enrollment process. The cancellation policy must be presented before payment and included in the signed service agreement.
